VIM-TEC vacuum furnaces for induction melting and vacuum casting; this method is used for the precision casting of machine parts that require high-quality components with a uniform structure. AMP equipment is designed for industrial use, ensuring high quality and process repeatability. The entire technological process takes place under maximum vacuum, ensuring high performance of the machined parts; the castings are poured into a pre-prepared (degassed, cold, or heated) mold placed in a loading chamber, which opens automatically during the casting procedure. After the process, the parts are removed and subjected to further production processes.
