QUANTUM-OQ Series Vacuum Furnaces
Quantum OQ are vacuum furnaces with a graphite heating chamber that can be cooled with oil and/or gas up to 15 bar. Oil or nitrogen can be used to cool the charge. The operating temperature ranges from ambient temperature to 1300oC.
The furnaces can be equipped with the Piro-Carb vacuum carburizing process, which produces an oxidation-free layer up to 5 mm thick. The tables below show the standard furnace models. We can also design equipment to meet specific customer and process requirements.
The units are CE-marked and can be manufactured in accordance with UDT/TÜV/ASME/AMS/BAC requirements, etc.
