Quantum M are vacuum furnaces with a metal heating chamber that utilize materials from the lanthanide series, such as molybdenum or tungsten.

The materials allow for gas cooling up to 2 bar. Nitrogen, argon, or special helium or hydrogen mixtures can be used to cool the charge. The operating temperature ranges from ambient to 2200°C. We can implement high vacuum levels of up to 5×10⁻⁶ mbar in the furnaces using diffusion pumps, or ultra-high vacuum levels of 5×10⁻⁹ mbar using turbomolecular or cryogenic pumps.

These furnaces can be configured in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The tables below present standard furnace models. We can also design equipment to meet specific customer and process requirements.

The units are CE-marked and can be manufactured in accordance with UDT/TÜV/ASME/AMS/BAC requirements, etc.
