QUANTUM-G

Quantum G are vacuum furnaces with a graphite heating chamber that can be cooled using oil and/or gas at pressures of 1 bar, 6 bar, 10 bar, 15 bar, 20 bar, and 25 bar. Oil or nitrogen can be used to cool the load. The operating temperature ranges from -180°C to 1700°C.

In our furnaces, we can implement the Piro-Carb vacuum carburizing process with an oxidation-free layer of up to 5mm. The tables below show our standard furnace models. We can also design equipment to meet specific customer and process requirements.

The devices bear the CE mark and can be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of UDT, TÜV, ASME, AMS, BAC, etc.
