Quantum G Vacuum Furnaces
Quantum OQ are vacuum furnaces with a graphite heating chamber that can be cooled using oil and/or gas at pressures of 1 bar, 6 bar, 10 bar, 15 bar, 20 bar, and 25 bar. Oil or nitrogen can be used to cool the load. The operating temperature ranges from -180oC to 1700oC.
Quantum OQ Vacuum Furnaces
Quantum OQ are vacuum furnaces with a graphite heating chamber that can be cooled with oil and/or gas up to 15 bar. Oil or nitrogen can be used to cool the load. The operating temperature ranges from ambient temperature to 1300oC.
Quantum M Vacuum Furnaces
Quantum M are vacuum furnaces with a metal heating chamber that utilize materials from the lanthanide group, such as molybdenum or tungsten. These materials allow for cooling in gas up to 2 bar.
Atmospheric furnaces
Atmospheric furnaces are characterized by a compact design; the interior of the furnace housing is lined with high-quality thermal insulation, ensuring low energy consumption and protecting the steel structure from overheating.
VIM-TEC Vacuum Furnaces
VIM-TEC vacuum melting furnaces and AMP casting furnaces from the V-1 to V-6 product lines are flexible, versatile, off-the-shelf systems designed to meet specific customer needs.
PVD and CVD Vacuum Furnaces
PVD and CVD vacuum chambers are used to apply coatings to tools. The device generates a high or ultra-high vacuum at a level of 10^-9 mbar to facilitate the sputtering of parts with metal, ceramic, and carbon substrates, such as titanium, nickel, and chromium.
ENDO Atmosphere Generator
The Endothermic Atmosphere Generator is a device designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 1050°C and in a natural gas atmosphere with a pressure of 20 to 50 mbar. The interior of the generator is equipped with thermal insulation and a heating system for heating the process retort.
