QUANTUM-OQ series vacuum furnaces
Quantum OQ is a vacuum furnace with a graphite heating chamber with the possibility of cooling in oil and/or gas up to 15bar. We can use oil or nitrogen to cool the charge The operating temperature is in the range from t. ambient to 1300oC.
In the furnaces we can implement Pyro-Carb vacuum recarburization with an oxidation-free layer of up to 5mm. The following tables show standard furnace models. We can also design the device for special customer and process requirements.
The units are CE marked and can be made in accordance with the requirements of UDT/TUV/ASME/ AMS/ BAC etc.
