Vacuum ovens
Vacuum furnaces - your key to precision processing
A vacuum furnace is a device for conducting heat and thermo-chemical processing.
The furnace casing is made in double-walled technology with a cooling circuit providing the so-called cold wall. In the housing is installed heating chamber which is offered in different versions depending on the needs of the solution, i.e. QUAMTUM-G - heating chamber with graphite insulation with cooling in gas or oil cooling QUAMTUM-OQ, QUANTUM-M heating chamber with metal insulation with cooling in vacuum and in gas.
The furnace is equipped with gas cooling or oil cooling system and also with vacuum system in different working levels from low vacuum of 10^-1mbar to ultra-high vacuum of 10^-9mbar. HPQ gas cooling pressure is 1 , 6 10 15 , 25 bar abs.

Quantum-G
Quantum OQ is a vacuum furnace with a graphite heating chamber with the possibility of cooling in oil and/or gas 1 bar, 6 bar, 10 bar, 15 bar, 20 bar, 25 bar. We can use oil or nitrogen to cool the charge The operating temperature is from -180oC to 1700oC.
Quantum-M
Quantum M is a vacuum furnace with a metal heating chamber where materials from the lanthanide group, i.e. molybdenum or tungsten, are used. The materials allow cooling in gas up to 2bar. We can use nitrogen, argon or special helium or hydrogen mixtures to cool the charge.
