VIM-TEC vacuum furnaces for induction melting and vacuum casting, this method is used in precision casting of machine parts that require high quality parts with uniform structure. AMP equipment is dedicated to industry ensuring high quality and repeatability of the process. The entire technological process takes place under maximum vacuum ensuring high parameters of the processed parts, the parts are cast into a previously prepared (degassed cold or heated) mold placed in a loading vestibule which is opened automatically during the casting procedure. After the process, the parts are removed and subjected to further production processes.
