PVD and CVD vacuum furnaces

PVD CVD vacuum furnaces are used to apply coatings to tools. In the device, a high or ultra-high vacuum of 10^-9mbar is generated to conduct sputtering processes of parts with substrates of metals , ceramics, carbon e.g. Titanium Nickel, Chromium. AMP equipment allows the application of multilayer coatings, so-called hybrid coatings, providing unique mechanical properties for machined parts, e.g. drills, mills, or sintered lathe knives, etc. Parts are placed in special holders ensuring exposure of workpieces evenly in each area of the chamber.
