A leader in providing maintenance services in Poland

AMP is Poland's leading provider of service and maintenance for vacuum and atmospheric furnaces.

Working closely with our customers, we tailor service and maintenance visits to the specific needs of the furnace and production process, ensuring optimized production and the highest product quality.

Our team of qualified engineers will ensure that all visits under service contracts are scheduled and that the scope of work is agreed upon before the visit. This allows our engineers and customers to schedule production around the service visit, ensuring a smooth production process.

Dew Point Measurement

The high quality of heat treatment, brazing, sintering, nitriding, and PVD is directly proportional to the quality of the process gas. Any leaks in the system have a negative impact on the dew point (moisture). Periodic inspections prevent the negative effects of poor-quality gases.

Periodic Inspection of the Furnace

We perform periodic inspections in accordance with the equipment’s technical documentation—monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections of vacuum furnaces from manufacturers such as: AMP, IPSEN, Seco/Warwick, TAV, Schmetz, VFC, ABAR, Centurion, ALD, Elterma, BMI, ECM, IVA, RIVA, and many others. Regular inspections prevent unplanned downtime

Calibration of Vacuum Heads

Calibration of the heads is essential for maintaining the device within the appropriate class for heat treatment, brazing, and other processes. Accurate vacuum measurement and display ensure that the process is maintained at a level that meets the requirements of the standards and the technology implemented in the device. Incorrect measurement results in faulty processes and damage to the furnace or heating chamber.

Measuring Leak Rates with a Helium Detector

The high quality of heat treatment, brazing, sintering, nitriding, and PVD is directly proportional to the quality of the process gas. Any leaks in the system have a negative impact on the dew point (moisture). Periodic inspections prevent the negative effects of poor-quality gases.

Calibration of T/C Measurement Channels

Calibration of thermocouple (T/C) measurement circuits is essential for determining the uncertainty of temperature measurements. Once these values are established, the control system can be adjusted by that amount. A lack of this knowledge leads to numerous nonconformities with standards and process technologies. Often, even a small deviation has a significant impact on the quality of the parts undergoing these processes.

TUS/SAT Temperature Distribution Uniformity Test

Periodic testing of temperature uniformity within the furnace’s working chamber is performed using an appropriate number of thermocouples and recorded on a certified Honeywell device. The test report is automatically generated in PDF format. We conduct tests for compliance with AMS2750 and CQI-9. W; in the event of non-compliance, we modify the furnace parameters according to separate procedures to ensure they meet the specified standards.
